IAA-webinar - In Pursuit of Responsible AI - An Actuarial Profession Take

During 2024 and 2025 the task force, working on a number of topics covering governance, education, professionalism and how the actuary's role may change, developed a number of deliverables. One of these was the establishment of the AIforActuaries.com virtual community to enable collaboration and engagement. A number of papers were also produced, and this webinar showcases three foundational papers underpinning the actuary's responsible use of AI. The most significant of these is a Governance Framework paper which is supported by two further papers on Testing and Documentation. A number of other papers are in the pipeline for delivery later in 2026.
